Like many MSME owners, Mr. Hiral Dron entered government tendering with a capable business, strong intent, and competitive offerings — but without clear guidance on how the government procurement system actually works. Early tender attempts were rejected due to small technical and documentation-related errors, despite meeting the core business requirements.
Navigating multiple portals such as GeM, CPPP, and state e-procurement systems felt complex and unforgiving. The lack of structured beginner-level guidance meant most learning happened through trial and error — a costly and frustrating experience shared by thousands of small businesses across India.
Instead of treating tendering as a one-time attempt, he decided to deeply understand the system — from vendor registration, tender eligibility interpretation, document preparation, bid submission workflows, to post-order compliance and execution. This shift from guesswork to structured understanding became the turning point.
In 2016, this journey led to the foundation of Tender Training India — with a clear purpose: to help Indian businesses approach government tendering with clarity, compliance, and confidence. Today, the focus remains on long-term capability building, and demystifying government procurement for MSMEs.
